Leather Goods

For Leather goods, If you send the to cancellation order email within 24 hours after order, I am happy to cancel the order. If you pay by debit/credit card directly, full refund will be issued however if you pay by Paypal, there will be a 5% fee will be deducted from the full refund. This fee issued by Paypal and cannot be refunded.  All of them is made to order products, therefore all sales are final. However I am happy to replace the item if there is valid proof faulty on the item when you receive the item (Custom order is not refundable).

 

Digital Downloads
All digital products are final sale. Thinkthankay is not responsible regarding printing issues, purchasing incorrect size. Refunds and exchanges is not acceptable.
