A: I use Canada Post for all orders and the shipping rates are based on the weight and the size of item you purchased. All shipping services include tracking number and you will get a tracking number via email once the order fulfilled.
I am not responsible for the package once its shipped out. All packages will be sent out with tracking number, please contact the shipping courier if the package lost, stolen or undelivered. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding shipping.
**Shipping times cannot be guaranteed due to Covid-19** Dear international customer, please write shipping address in English only. I cannot ship the item to the address written in your language.
A: If you want custom order, please contact me with all details you want. After checking all details. We will get back to you if it is feasible or not. Once everything is agreed upon, we will make private listing on the website for you. The private listing will be listed for 3 days.
A: All products are made to order. Handling time is varied depending on the product–please allow up to 25 business days for production. Ready to Ship items ship within 5 days.
A: For Leather goods, Please send me an email with your order number. If you send the to cancellation order email within 12 hours after order, I am happy to cancel the order and issue a full refund. All digital products are final sale, refunds and exchanges is not acceptable. Thinkthankay is not responsible regarding printing issues, purchasing incorrect size.
A: All items except ready to ship are made to order therefore there is processing time. Due to processing time and confusion of order queue, unfortunately I cannot combine the orders.
A: You can see the discount box at the cart. Due to website configuration, sometimes discount code box does not appear or not working. If you wish to use your points/coupon, please send an email or make a notes at the checkout and I will redeem the points/coupon.
